About Event

The “Project Summit 2025,” organized by MSETCL, is a two-day event scheduled for 9th and 10th April 2025 at Ikshana Resort & Spa, Khandala, Pune. This exclusive summit aims to bring together industry experts, senior officers, and field engineers to discuss best practices in project execution, planning, and management. The event will be inaugurated by Hon’ble Dr. Sanjeev Kumar (IAS), CMD of MSETCL, followed by a keynote address and multiple expert-led sessions.

Day 1 will focus on technical topics such as scheme planning, challenges in civil works, design aspects of EHV substations, and project execution case studies. Discussions will revolve around field-level expectations, statutory approvals, and automation issues. Each session features senior MSETCL officers and domain specialists sharing insights on project-related hurdles and innovations in execution strategies.

Day 2 is oriented towards financial, regulatory, and strategic planning aspects of projects. Sessions include financial management, the use of PM GatiShakti, MERC SoP implementation, IT initiatives, and updated GTC/SoR features. The agenda also includes interactive case studies on project success and failures, paper presentations, and concludes with a valedictory speech. With networking opportunities and expert interactions, the summit is positioned as a platform for growth, learning, and collaboration in power sector project management.
